Revenant Esports joins forces with FanClash

Indian esports organisation Revenant Esports has signed a multiyear deal with esports fantasy platform FanClash, the latter becoming the Official Fantasy Partner of the former. Through this partnership, FanClash will engage with the massive fan following of the team and collaborate with Revenant over various fantasy engagement activities.

While Revenant Esports boosts India’s renowned gamers and creators across numerous esports titles, this association will give gaming enthusiasts an opportunity to be actively involved with Revenant’s various gaming rosters as well as the tournaments they participate in.

According to the industry reports, the number of esports players doubled from 300,000 in 2020 to 600,000 in 2021, esports revenue grew by 29%, from ?750 crore in 2020 to ?970 crore in 2021, as esports teams also grew by over 50%, from 60,000 in 2020 to 100,000 in 2021. The total prize money in 2021 crossed the ?20,000-crore mark, with there also being a meteoric rise in viewership, from 600,000 hours in 2020 to 2 million hours in 2021.
