Brand Endorsement Deals 

2K Sports

2K Sports, a California-based video game publisher founded in 2005, roped in the 33-year-old Los Angeles Clippers shooting guard as the face of its MyNBA2K16 game in September 2015. Since then, Paul George has featured in several covers of 2K’s future NBA games. 

American Express

American Express Company (Amex), an American bank holding company and multinational financial services corporation, announced the signing of a multi-year partnership deal with the NBA in December 2021. As part of the deal, Amex also roped in LA Clippers’ Paul George as the face of the “American Express x NBA 2K22” activation. 

AT&T 

The Clippers’ shooting guard, Paul George, has been serving as the official brand ambassador for AT&T Inc., an American multinational telecommunications holding company, since February 2015. 

Following the deal, in April 2015, AT&T launched the TV commercial ‘Spot’, with Paul George in the lead. 

Gatorade 

Shortly after signing his five-year contract with the Indiana Pacers, in March 2014, Gatorade and Paul George announced their multi-year partnership agreement, with the latter becoming Gatorade’s brand ambassador. As per reports, the PepsiCo-owned brand roped in George for its new Fierce line of drinks at the time. 

Nike 

American athletic footwear and apparel corporation, Nike has been sponsoring the 33-year-old shooting guard since January 2017. As per the deal, Nike signed a signature shoes and apparel deal with Paul George, with the brand launching the Nike PG1 as the very first edition. 

RECUR 

RECUR, a premier web3 software platform offering all of the tools a business needs to integrate web3, roped in the Los Angeles Clippers shooting guard as its brand ambassador in 2023. 

Teladoc Health 

Teladoc Health, a US-based multinational telemedicine and virtual healthcare company, has had a sponsorship agreement in place with Paul George since mid-2023.

The New Era Cap 

Buffalo-based American headwear company, The New Era Cap signed a multi-year partnership deal with then Indiana Pacers shooting guard as the brand ambassador and face of the company in January 2015. Following the announcement of their deal, in February 2015, the American company launched the designs for the new Paul George Cap Collection which consisted of eight variants. 

Bass Pro Shops 

Bass Pro Shops, an American privately held sporting goods retailer, has been sponsoring the 33-year-old All-Star player since late 2015. Although the exact details of a contract renewal haven’t been made public, according to many sources, their partnership is still running strong. 

Tissot

Swiss luxury watchmaker Tissot has been a longtime sponsor of the LA Clippers shooting guard, although the exact date of their partnership agreement could not be found. Going by many reports and articles written about him, the two joined hands somewhere in 2017. 

Patrón Tequila

Patrón is a brand of tequila products founded by John Paul Dejoria and Martin Crowley. In October 2023, the LA Clippers shooting guard shared a post on his Instagram handle to announce the beginning of his association with Patrón Tequila. 

SCUF Gaming 

SCUF Gaming, an American company that creates unique and customer gaming controllers across various devices, roped in the 33-year-old star player as the face of its brand in October 2023. 

Play One Up

Play One Up, an esports mobile application that allows users to compete for money roped in Paul George as its brand ambassador in September 2023. Following the deal, the 33-year-old has been promoting the application and its contests on social media. 

Global Poker

Launched in December 2016, Global Poker is an Australian online poker cardroom developed, owned and operated by VGW GP Ltd. In September 2023, the Australian company roped in the American basketball player as one of the faces of its brand. As part of the deal, Global Poker ran the Paul George Celebrity Campaign from September 19-27, giving poker players a chance to play with the NBA star. 

TaylorMade 

It is known to all that the 33-year-old loves to play golf in his free time, however, it is still unclear whether the LA Clippers shooting guard has any sort of deal in place with the golf equipment manufacturer, TaylorMade, given that, in June 2023, George shared a post on his Instagram account where the 33-year-old was giving away a TaylorMade golf club bag to one lucky fan. 

Past Deals 

Papa John’s 

Papa John’s, the American pizza restaurant chain, announced signing a multi-year partnership agreement with then-Indiana Pacers shooting guard Paul George in May 2013. As per the deal, George became the pizza chain’s official brand ambassador.

Therabody 

Therabody, a wellness tech company and developer of medical devices for targeted vibration therapy and pain relief announced the signing of a multi-year partnership deal in June 2020. As a therabody brand ambassador, George promoted the brand and its products on his social media accounts. 

Sun Home Saunas 

Sun Home Saunas, a manufacturer of premium, portable, at-home infrared sauna devices, roped in the LA Clippers shooting guard as its brand ambassador in January 2022. 

Alienware 

Alienware, an American computer hardware subsidiary of Dell Technologies, announced the signing of a partnership deal with 33-year-old basketball player in January 2021. As per many reports, apart from becoming the brand ambassador, George wrote in a tweet that he’d be moving over to a brand new Alienware battle station following the deal. 

Fanatics

Fanatics, an American manufacturer and online retailer of licensed sportswear of various sports around the globe had a long-term partnership in place with Paul George. It is believed that the two joined hands somewhere between 2013 and 2014. 

FanDuel 

FanDuel, an American gambling company that offers sportsbooks, daily fantasy sports, horse racing, and online casino, also had a multi-year sponsorship deal in place with the 33-year-old American. 

Dell Technologies 

According to many reports, Dell Technologies, an American multinational technology company, also had a sponsorship deal in place with Paul George. 

BetterHelp 

BetterHelp, a mental health platform that provides online mental health services directly to clients, roped in the 33-year-old American basketball player as a brand ambassador in October 2022. Following the deal, George promoted many of BetterHelp’s awareness campaigns on social media. 

Terminator Dark Fate 

In October 2019, the Terminator movie franchise roped in both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger for a “Terminator” promo. The 60-second clip was used as promotional content ahead of the launch of its Dark Fate movie. 

Old Spice

Old Spice, an American brand of male grooming products, announced the signing of a multi-year partnership deal with Paul George in April 2019. As per the deal, the 33-year-old became their official brand ambassador. 

Sony

In January 2018, Sony, the Japanese multinational conglomerate and Nike paired up with the LA Clippers shooting guard to create the PG 2 PlayStation colourway shoes. Three years later, in May 2021, Sony and Nike teamed up with George to create the PG 5 PlayStation 5 colourway shoes, a custom pair of kicks styled after Playstation 5 itself.

Pendleton Woolen Mills 

Pendleton Woolen Mills, an American textile manufacturing company based in Portland, Oregon, also signed a multi-year sponsorship deal with the 9-time All-Star player in 2018. 

Investments 

Tonal

Tonal, an at-home smart fitness machine company, was founded in 2015. With initial investments from sports personals like Serena Williams, Klay Thompson, and Tony Gonzalez, in the next round of funding in September 2020, Paul George alongside Stephen Curry and golfer Michelle Wie became new investors in the fitness company. The new US$110 million in capital, also includes returning investors Sapphire Sport, Shasta Ventures, Mayfield, Evolution Media, and THVC. New investors include Delta-v Capital, the Amazon Alexa Fund, and Mousse Partners. 

Impossible Foods 

Impossible Foods is a food technology company famous for its Impossible Burger, an entirely plant-based patty that is designed to look, taste, and even bleed like beef. Founded in July 2016 as a vegan substitute for beef hamburgers, the food start-up has roped in a slew of celebrities and athletes as investors over recent years. In 

In May 2019, according to TechCrunch, new celebrity investors include: Jay-Z, will.i.am, Jaden Smith, Serena Williams, Alexis Ohanian, Bill Gates, Trevor Noah, Ruby Rose, Questlove, Kal Penn, DJ Zedd, NFL player Kirk Cousins, NBA player Paul George, Roc Nation co-founder Jay Brown, and Everybody Loves Raymond creator Phil Rosenthal.

Endemic Esports 

Paul George became a part owner of the American Esports organisation, Endemic Sports, in 2018.
