Lovinfosse had tried to go past Pulling at Turn 9, but given the Campos Racing driver’s late move, Pulling couldn’t take evasive action which saw Lovinfosse hit Pulling’s rear wing corner on the right hand side and it eventually ended both their races. The incident in race 3 of the weekend will now see Lola Lovinfosse take a three-place grid drop for the next race in Monza, Italy, which starts from July 7, 2023.

The Zandvoort round saw MP Motorsports’ Hamda Al Qubaisi take two wins while Carrie Shreiner won her maiden F1 Academy race as well.
